Yoga

Everything you love to do benefits from the increased strength, endurance, and flexibility you develop in yoga. Yoga is a transformative practice, giving you access to muscles and movements you never knew existed. Whether you’re connecting to the rhythm of your breath in a Candlelit Yin class, or working to the edge in a Power Flow class, there is always something new to discover about your mind and body.

No matter what your skill level is, our yoga classes help you connect with your body in a way that is energizing, empowering–and fun.

COVID-19 Studio Policies

Arriving at the studio

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before class. We require that you wear a mask when arriving. You have the option to remove them once you’ve landed on your mat.

We strongly encourage you to bring your own props and yoga mats. Props will be available but it is possible that we may run out during the course of the day.

Places for your mat will be clearly marked on our studio floor.

Leaving the studio

Once class is over please place any props that you’ve borrowed in the bin outside the studio door so that they can be properly sanitized before their next use.

We kindly ask that once the class is finished you clear out of the reception area.  As much as we’d love to have you stay for chat our reception area is simply too small and we’ll need time and space to properly sanitize between classes. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

COVID-19 Studio Policies

Health. Please do not come to class if you, or anyone in your household, are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, cold, fever, etc. – Full list of symptoms), if you have been out of the country in the past 14 days, if you have been directed to self-isolate by a health authority, if you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

Physical Distance. Please maintain physical distance. Maintain a minimum physical distance of 2 meters from other individuals. Please stand on designated floor markings when lining up to sign in.

Face Coverings. We require that you wear a face covering upon arrival. We are doing our best to facilitate physical distancing in the reception area but due to the narrow space in the entrance we want to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Hand washing. Please wash your hands in the bathroom or use our complimentary hand sanitizer upon arrival.

Personal belongings. Please limit what you bring to the studio. You’re encouraged to leave most of your belongings at home or in your car.

What to bring. Please bring your own yoga mat and props and your pre-filled water bottle. (Clean props and mats will be available but it is possible that we may run out during the course of the day.)

Cancellations. Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before class. No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded. Membership holders will be charged a $10 no-show fee.

Late arrival. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the studio.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our community healthy!

Yoga Therapy with Angie

Yoga Therapy can help you get out of pain.

It is a practice that will help you move better by improving the function of your joints and muscles. You will learn how to relax the muscles that are contributing to your tension and pain and nurture and strengthen your supporting muscles (and your awareness).
As you start to move better your energy will improve. You will feel more relaxed and balanced in whatever activities you enjoy doing.

Yoga Therapy movements tend to be really small to start and gradually increase as we work towards your goals, whether that is playing with your grandchildren, climbing a 5.12, or mastering a forearm stand!
