Whether you’re connecting to the rhythm of your breath in a Candlelit Yin class, or working to the edge in a Power Flow class, there is always something new to discover about your mind and body.
No matter what your skill level is, our yoga classes help you connect with your body in a way that is energizing, empowering–and fun.
All classes are drop-in, unless noted otherwise. Preregistration is recommended for all workshops. Please note that some classes are heated.

You’ll fit right in. Just choose a class from our schedule, complete our digital waiver, and show up to the studio 20 minutes early to settle in. We recommend starting with any Hatha Class or our Beginner series on Wednesday’s at 6:15-7:15pm, but feel free to try any class you’d like!
If you can breathe, you can do yoga! We offer classes for every skill level.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. You can bring your own mat, or rent one for $2.

Expand your practice. Our workshops are designed to immerse you into specific areas of yoga. Whether you want to learn the specifics, jump outside your comfort zone, or treat yourself we offer something for everyone.
These specialty yoga classes are available by pre-registration only and run in sets of four-to-seven week sessions. A minimum of four people is required for each session to run. Register online, and receive your yoga punch card when you attend your first class at ARC.

Private sessions are an amazing opportunity to deepen your practice and connection with your body. These sessions are specifically designed for you. Private sessions are also offered in small group format, so you can invite a few friends or just treat yourself.
