Studio Policies

Booking your space in-studio

Reservations – Reservations should be booked in advance through our website or the RGPro Connect app. Walk ins are welcome, space permitting. Some class sizes are limited.

Full Class? Check back often, as cancellations happen. You can also place your name on the wait list and we will notify you by phone call or email (unfortunately bookings made by us, can’t be seen or managed in your online account or the RGPro Connect app).

Cancellations – If you can’t make your class, we ask you to please cancel your reservation as soon as possible, to allow space for someone else. No-shows and cancellations made within 90 minutes of the class start time, may be subject to no refund or a $10 cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation through our app (RGPro Connect), your online account, by email (info@arcclimbing.ca) or by phone (705 222 8464)

Checking-in – Please use your member barcode (RGPro App), scan key or give your name to the person at the front desk. Need a Member Barcode? Ask the front desk attendant for help, the next time you’re in.

Mat Placement – Please place the top edge of your yoga mat directly below the floor marking. If the class isn’t full, feel free to move your mat once everyone has arrived.

Late arrival – Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the studio.

New to Yoga?

You’ll fit right in. Just choose a class from our schedule, complete our digital waiver, and show up to the studio 15 minutes early to settle in. We recommend starting with any Hatha Class.

Getting Started at ARC

  • 1. Skill Level

    If you can breathe, you can do yoga! We offer classes for every skill level.

  • 2. Equipment

    Wear comfortable athletic clothing. You can bring your own mat, or rent one for $3.

  • 3. Digital Waiver

    All visitors to ARC are required to fill out a waiver. Click here to sign it digitally.

  • 4. Day Pass or Membership

    Get unlimited climbing and yoga with an all-access day pass for $22 ($18 student), or check out our punch cards and memberships!

  • 5. Come Visit!

    Choose a class from our schedule, and come a little bit early to register and settle in.
